Overview

Pyrofluid™ is a thermal sludge removal and energy recovery solution that oxidises organic matter contained within sewage. It is a fluidised-bed incinerator (where sand is maintained in suspension by a constant up-flow of air) that operates at approximately 900°C in order to incinerate sludge in a matter of seconds. 

Pyrofluid™ provides urban and industrial sludge removal within plants of variable capacities along with compliance to the strictest standards.

Pyrofluid Thermal Sludge Treament Capabilities

Pyrofluid thermal sludge treatment is able to:

- Effectively treat urban sewage sludge at various capacities from 200kg to 5tonnes of dry solid per hour.

- Produce stable and recyclable by products in the form of ash and dust. Ash can potentially be used in road construction, concrete production or discharged to landfill.

- Comply with the the strictest emission standards including rigorous European standards.
