Veolia Water Technologies UK has recently appointed Anna D’Eath as its new Senior HR Business Partner. In her new role, Anna will be reporting to the HR director and working alongside the Chief Services Officer to help support business growth and will be leading earning and organisational development across VWS UK.

In her previous role at Johnson Controls (JCI) an American Irish company that produces, installs and services fire, HVAC and security products, Anna worked with Senior leaders to develop and direct the HR agenda that supported the organisations goals within the core business divisions.  Furthermore, she has launched mentoring programmes, led the design of management development schemes and helped to drive employee engagement across the UK and Ireland for JCI’s business.

Familiar with working in a fast-paced global organisation with a high focus on service growth, Anna will be responsible for all learning and development programmes across the wider VWS UK business. In addition, she will be ensuring that employees and managers feel the support of the HR team by having direct involvement within the strategic growth plans and supporting the various business teams.

Commenting on her new appointment, Anna said: “VWT UK is a strong business because of the incredibly talented people it has employed over the years. We recruit, train and develop our staff to be experts and we take pride in what we do.

“We have some great tools available from a learning and development perspective. The employee experience will become more relevant than ever before and we will be adapting to a digital evolution. I’ll also be looking at managing performance, development as well as succession planning.”
