The Skovgaard Energy facility in Ramme is the world’s first dynamic Power-to-Ammonia plant. The strict water quality specifications for the electrolysers meant that an effective water treatment solution was needed to achieve the required standard.
The Solution
Based on these requirements, the Veolia Water Technologies team recommended TERION™ S, which has been used extensively for power generation and industrial applications. It combines reverse osmosis with continuous electrodeionisation to remove dissolved inorganics and large dissolved organics.
