Leading specialist in water treatment technologies, Veolia Water Technologies UK (VWT UK) is delighted to announce the relocation of its Birmingham office within Birmingham Business Park. The move highlights the company’s ambition to continuously improve its delivery of technologies and services innovations throughout the UK. 


VWT UK has worked in the UK water treatment industry for over 100 years. First starting as the Permutit Company, VWT UK has extended its operations across the country in that time. In 1998, the company established an office in Birmingham and began working out of Aqua House, until their growth plans prompted a move.

The new office will continue to be home to VWT UK’s municipal and industrial water treatment experts including process design, engineering (mechanical, electrical and CAD) and project management teams. The modern, open floor plan will provide these teams with an environment that will encourage a collaborative approach to technologies and services innovation and the office will is set to be at the centre of all VWT UK’s future technology projects. 

Speaking on the decision to relocate, Martyn Fisher, CEO at Veolia Water Technologies UK said: “This upgraded Birmingham office will provide the team with a more modern place to work and we’re really delighted with how the project has been delivered. By staying local to our old facility, we consciously wanted to minimise disruption and inconvenience for our existing employees. Moving forward, this space will help us to retain, attract and develop water expertise for the future and provide an agile and collaborative environment in which employees can flourish.
