Office-based at our Lane End Office
Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 39 hours
25 days annual leave (UK Bank Holidays), Pension scheme

As a Quality Control Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Carry out accurate data entry of completed production jobs within the QC Performance Management System, including fault and lost time data.
Create statistical reports associated with departmental performance metrics (KPI’s).
Assist with routine IT issues, initiating first contact with the IT department.
Support general administrative requirements for the QC Inspection team.
Manage all departmental purchasing requirements, including stationary, test equipment etc.
Manage the transaction of all stock material requests from QC.
Support the QC team to resolve missing or incorrect information within the workload management system.
Maintain & update, where applicable, the product standards database.
General requirements for the role:
Previous experience within an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
Co-ordinating with Suppliers & Customers (both internal & external).
Appreciation & awareness of ISO9001.
Awareness & exposure to calibration activities.
Analysing data and publishing statistical based reports.
